At Style Carry, customer satisfaction is extremely important. If there is an issue with your purchase, our Return & Refund Policy explains how we can assist you.

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery as long as the product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. Wallets that show signs of use, wear, or damage cannot be returned.

To start a return, contact customer support with your order number and details. Once reviewed, we will send return instructions. Customers may be responsible for return shipping fees unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

If your wallet arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, contact us immediately with photos. After verification, we will issue a replacement or a full refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Items sent back without approval or outside return conditions may not qualify for refund.

Please check product descriptions carefully before purchasing. Our wallets are inspired by designer aesthetics, not sold as original brand products. Misunderstandings related to brand authenticity are not eligible for returns.
